Dolly Parton's estate, She's Alive LLC, obtained a temporary restraining order Wednesday against the late singer's nephew Bryan Seaver and his security company Squadron Augmented Protection Services. The estate alleges Seaver made threats to commit violence and destroy his aunt's legacy and business empire in messages sent in recent weeks, and the court cited his claimed access to weapons and experience with violence. Seaver, who was handpicked by Parton to announce her death from cancer in August and headed the security detail, was subsequently terminated by She's Alive.
